TopTrac Lighting

logo_tracTrac Lighting is a UK based specialist manufacturer or weather resistant exterior and interior commercial lighting products.

The company was established 25 years ago in 1984 and is based in the picturesque market town of Thirsk, North Yorkshire.  We operate from a modern 18,000sqm factory and ocffice complex.  All of our manufacturing is undertaken within the Thirsk factory and most of our workers are all from the local community.

Trac Lighting has over the years gained a good reputation for the quality and performance of our products in the UK and also in many other countries around the world.  They have been put to use in some of the harshest operating conditions you could imagine!  Our products have been developed and designed in-house by our own engineers with the philosophy of the installers and customers needs.  All of our productions I subject to a final 100% quality control check to ensure that when the lighting fixtures leave our factory they are ready for trouble free installation, good performance and a long operational life.

In addition, all of our products are certified and tested for electrical safety endurance and CE marking in accordance with BS EN60598 and Trac is registered and certified for quality management system and product design to BS ISO9001/2000.

TopRadium Lamps
Radium are importers and suppliers to the New Zealand Market.

With over 20 year’s industry experience, we are dedicated to providing our customers service, solutions and advice for all their lamp and lighting requirements.


We specialise in supplying replacement lamps for both general and specialist applications from a shop halogen through to a film HMI.


We also sell lighting fixtures from downlights to floodlights sourced locally and globally for the domestic, retail and commercial markets.

The company quickly established a reputation for excellence by supplying electric lamps and fittings to Queen Victoria’s palaces.

logo_halcyonHalcyon Industries was formed in 1982 by two partners whose focus was on the production of quality decorative lighting for the retail industry. As the business grew Halcyon expanded into the recessed downlight market (which is still our core business today) and progressed further into the low voltage Halogen market. Originally manufacturing from Nelson St, Auckland we moved to larger premises in Stanhope Rd, Mt Wellington and from there to a purpose built factory in Ra Ora Drive East Tamaki.

 

In 1999 we moved again to larger 18,000 sq ft premises at Basalt Place East Tamaki where the company was renamed Halcyon Lighting Limited.
As the popularity of Halcyon Lighting has grown so has the range. We offer a vast range of both New Zealand made and imported fixtures. Halcyon also manufactures our own range of quality exterior copper and stainless still product, specifically suited to New Zealands environment.Our imported products are sourced from reputable overseas suppliers in Taiwan and China who manufacture recessed lights, track systems, electronic transformers etc.

We are constantly reviewing our range ensuring we keep up to date with current trends, our products are easy to install, competitively priced and of the highest quality.
Halcyon Lighting is a privately owned family business employing a staff of 24 many of whom have been with the company since its inception. Our team is extremely dedicated and we pride ourselves on our customer service ensuring quality in all facets of the business. Our products are distributed throughout New Zealand by Electrical Wholesalers and Leading Lighting Outlets.
